Kevin and Jay first met 15 years ago when both were in the mortgage industry. Right away they appreciated each other’s work ethic and moral compass finding they share the same values that the Marines taught them years prior.
Being hard chargers in the world of marketing along with the ambition to help small business growth is the perfect formula for rewarding success.

Kevin is a entrepreneur of all sorts. From the early days of owning a mortgage company to owner of Local Lineup and Iowa Digital, the ongoing challenges and accomplishments that owning business provides many life long lessons. Naturally with the years of the good’s and bad’s, Kevin grew passionate about sharing his knowledge through helping businesses with their marketing goals. Whether it be from being a parent or his Marine background, Kevin is very goal/deadline orientated which is a highly sought characteristic in the marketing industry.
Jay Maakestad is a jack of many trades and provides a bit of everything. Maybe it’s because it’s hard for him to sit down and relax. Some people may call this a curse but to Jay it’s opportunity. In the years Jay has owned a mortgage company which later translated to a passion for 360° Virtual Technology.
Jay is certified to shoot virtual tour content for Google Street View and has helped many businesses with their digital online presence. With over 9 Million views, he strongly believes the virtual arena is a great way for first time impression with a 15 second time-span.
